A Polka Dot Party!

This past weekend we celebrated my niece's second birthday!  I brought my camera along to snap a few pictures; I knew my sister-in-law, Kathleen, would have a fun theme with special touches for her daughter's birthday and she was kind enough to let me share them with all of you!  The birthday invitation set the theme of a colorful polka dot party:

She purchsed the invites here.  Even the birthday girl matched:

 

 

I loved her polka dot dress!  And, if you are a faithful reader of my blog, you might know that I LOOOVVVEE tissue paper pompoms:

 

 

These decorative touches were so cute, BUT, Kathleen's specialty is her DELICIOUS and adorable birthday cakes:

 

 

Isn't the banner adorable?  Not to mention the lolly pop polka dots:
